Am Glad About My Journey

I feel so light these days, after 11 days now with no rice and other carbo foods. Also keep busy monitoring if my blood pressure will go up after eating so many boiled eggs and some meat with fats for my breakfast! Yes, my breakfast included boiled then fried meat! So glad it made me stronger; and noticed my rheumatic pain getting less; I could walk so well also bike with no knee pains at all! It really works wonders, to think we always have rice in our three meals a day! Now I can survive without it; just with lots of water, eggs, meat and selected vegetables and fruits. Just avocado and strawberry are allowed. Are you conscious also of your food intake?

I know that white rice is not good, as well as too much bread is the same. I eat very little meats, we prefer fish, vegetables and fruits, avocados are full of calories, they make you fat.

@acelawrites This is a big lie, fat never burnt fat. I wanted to lose some weight, 7 weeks ago I renounced to any kind of fats, I have lost 1 pound every week. I have lost more than I had decided, but it's fine.

@acelawrites don't eat too much egg, that is one cause for a high cholesterol and the cause for men's prostate cancer. Dennis consumed 4 eggs daily, his doctor told him eating plentiful eggs can cause PC.

I am more energetic now after not eating rice for two weeks now; carbohydrates make you crave for more food, along with sweets. But more protein from eggs, meat and lots of water make you survive for hours without eating anything. I had experienced this.

@cacay1 it is protein source so if one have kidney problems it is really not adviseable to eat it; but for healthy ones, it is no danger at all, as long as you don't eat it with carbs. Just plain eggs and water.

@Deepizzaguy yes, it depends on the food we eat; so the health coach said; that every illness come from too much carbohydrates or sugar; carbo is transformed to sugar in our body; also to fat.

Is the diet doctor or nutritionist administered? Glad you feel better with this new food intake plan. Everyone needs to be aware of what we subject our body into with all the wrong food - es[ecially junk.

Yes, there are two doctors who are members of the group; and it has more than a million members now, and am seeing the good results in my body. I am less depressed too because cholesterol is good for the brain; enhances the happy hormones in it, so the scientists say.

Interestingly enough, I do better with some rice than trying to replace with protein things and vegetables. I tried that for a while and didn't feel so good. Every body is different, so it's great when you find something that makes your body happy.

I agree, people have different reactions to certain kinds of food. Maybe your body was still adjusting when you tried this kind of diet; it will pass too.
