What kind of a person are you?

The one that let go of the fight and forget about it or the one who stands coz you are right? I always have this habit of standing for the fact that I’m right. Yes. Most of the time when I and the boyfriend fight over something that has been going on for year and still don’t get it. Sometimes the boyfriend will be the one to cut the fight, it’s either he will be the one to make sorry or accept that he is wrong. And also if I know I’m being exaggerated, I’m the one who say I’m sorry. It just a give and take.

I learned long ago, that I do not need to be right, even when I am. Meaning, I will walk away from a situation where someone feels the need to prove they are right. I broke up a fight between two kids once. One was saying that his dog was better or some such crap and the other disagreed. I asked a simple question. "If I tell you the sky is green then beat you until you cannot walk, will that make the sky green?" Who cares who's right or wrong. Fighting about it makes no sense. Even if you walk away when you know for fact you are correct, it is a better path than someone getting physically or mentally hurt over it.

@JustBhem haha... i almost forgot why. Anyway, I am tired of arguments... for me, if a person likes it that then be it.. and see what result will be. If the result turned out to be what I expect... and said so, then, i said "see..." if not, i just apologize. I always respect a person's opinion.
I'm both. When I'm right, I'll stand for it but if the person I'm arguing with is not an open minded person, then I'll just let go of the fight and let him/her say whatever he/she wants. I mean, it's useless arguing to close minded people .
