Maybe first world countries are generally peaceful, orderly and clean because there are so much wealth to go around. In this countries, is it possible that virtues or race or type of people have little to do with how citizens relate to one another. In other words, if affluence is taken way, perhaps traffic jams, breakdown of the rule of law, crime rate, and all the trappings usually found in third world countries, will also proliferate in rich countries. Maybe, people are people no matter where, they will behave or act to first to survive then they will be civilized.

Many in the third world have what they need, they just don't make a living using as many machines and things are done by hand many times!! But they are by no means third!! You are correct, if people cannot make a living crime will go up!!

I am a citizen of a third world country and had been living here for years. Suprisingly, here, crime rate is very low. I also lived in a place where waiting for a go signal on the traffic light is considered a traffic jam already.
yes, it is on people. Do you believe in a government?
