My inner clock is messin with me 0o

I took this shot with the first digital camera I got back in 2004 or so, the MGP was really low so getting an enlargement of this didn't work so well.

Most of this summer I've been getting up kinda late like 6 or 7am but recently I've been waking up around 4:30 or 5am. I'm not knocking it but it just seems so weird to me. Does your inner clock mess with you like that? There's a bee in my hollyhock and I got a lucky shot.

Maybe you just need to stay awake for 24 hours to reset your inner clock.

Since I work in shifts... I probably don't have specific schedules But when I am home I have my dog who wokes me up at 6am every day Sometimes nature's call wakes me up at night... Thats the reason I don't drink water at night

It must be hard to get used to a different shift all the time. I always drink water, it is too hot here not to.

I'm the opposite. I'm a night person and can stay up to 5-6am. It is so hot here that it is easier to sleep during the day, and most of the kids sleep in. Sometimes I don't get more than an hour or two of sleep though, so that's no good. I wish I was more of a morning person.

I used to be a night owl back when I was young but I always managed to get at least 5 hours sleep, it's usually all I needed.

Thank you If it stays like this I'll be fine but usually I'll get thrown off when I take a nap and end up staying up til 3am instead.

I've noticed that @CarolDM I recall one nap I took that lasted 4 hours and of course I couldn't get to sleep early that night.

Great shot. As for me I am usually up around 5 am every day, even on the weekends. That has been pretty consistent for me.

@rebelann Naps are something I can never manage, but no nap means I am really tired at bedtime.
