If this instances happens to you or you know someone. She was complaining of her husband for not coming home for months and that she abandoned them with their child. She went to that Public Service to ask for help. She told everything what happened that night when her husband leave and told her to forget about him. Ever since they been fighting already coz he cannot give them proper meal even though he had work. Then she defend herself in the public that after 3 months of thinking she finally decided to sue her husband for having an affair. The husband came to ask for forgiveness but she refused it and go with the petition to sue him. She was battered, and now she stand and move on with her life together with her kids.

I think she did the right thing for her and for her kids. What that man did was wrong, and especially since he was trying to get back together with her after his girlfriend dumped him. She doesn't need someone like that in her life.

@ScribbledAdNauseum Yes. Especially when one has to go abroad and work then later found out that they have an affair with someone.

infidelity is a criminal case. she has the right to sue him. even the bible makes adultery and concubinage as the ground for divorce. the only biblical ground for divorce.

We do what we have to in this life. Forgiveness is for us, not the other person.

She is right in not going back to him. Those who batter spouses rarely change.

She should forgive him and move on. Forgive him so that she can find peace within herself and not live with hate in her heart. She deserves better though.
