He Was Correct!

I have asked him again and again never to make roast. If he wants roast I would be happy to make it. A roast should never be boiled (in my opinion) and he did it again. He can't claim that he didn't know this time. He said you are going to hate the way I cooked this.
He's right, so I am going out to dinner by myself. They can enjoy the boiled meat withou me!

Roasting meat is not the same as boiling meat. "Roast" kind of implies in my world that you are going to roast it.

As do I and I put it in the oven, but with so much water it was boiled.
