How do you motivate yourself to stay working?

Doing everything the same for over a months or a couple of years is a challenge for us. Some people may stay for some months or years but we don't know until when. How do you motivate yourself?

hmmm.. i don't think motivation is needed if you really love your work. maybe saving for a trip or travel is one.

Just realise that getting a job is tough. So, of one has a job, one should be grateful; that'll motivate one to work more diligently.
