I Tried a New Tea

Right now, even as we communicate I am drinking a cup of tea that I bought the other day. It is actually very good. I like the taste. It is a caffeine free herbal tea by Celestial Seasonings called "Ginger + Probiotics". It has a bit of a spicy taste. Ginger has been used for years to help calm your stomach and help with digestion. The addition of probiotics makes it a powerful team. It has a wonderful blend of ginger, cinnamon, licorice, cardamon, hawthorn, turmeric, Bacillus Coagulans GBI-30 6086, star anise, and black pepper. Today I will be reading, writing, and doing my thing. How is your day.

@HazySue I'll be going back to Thread of Evidence soon as I will be canceling the contract with my publisher next month. I hope to have it published by the end of September.

That's wonderful to hear. I find if I don't carve a bit of time each day to work on mine I get a little stressed. I feel as though I am falling behind.

@HazySue you said it right. . Have you tried a chair massage, that one where you will just sit and relax and let the machine do the massage?

I"m not much of a tea drinker but that sounds good. I think I would like the blend of all those spices. I got my morning chores done and hoping to relax this afternoon and find a good book to read.
