This one was taken by my daughter. She started taking pictures when she was 4 or 5 years old.
(that was when I got the droppable camera).
Over the years she took 100's of pictures.
A lot of the subject of today.
Many years ago our daughter had knee surgery. My mother, a former nurse, came over and my wife asked her to change the wrap for our daughters knee.
Our daughter and her dog (Fran) were lying on the foldout couch in the living room.
My mom said sure. She started Jackie winced a cried a little.
Fran Growled.
My mom stepped back. They were best friends the two of them!

I love the picture. I also love the dog. I love labs of any kind and huskies too. I see that Fran was at her side and always wanted to protect her.

They were very close. Except when it came to food. Fran always choose food over her girl!
