Time For Dinosaurs / myLot

My last visit to the seaside town of Blackpool Lancashire to get lots of pub sign photos was cut short by terrible weather. Today as it was gloriously sunny out, I went back. Most of the images I got were pub signs. This one was among the best exceptions. A T-Rex style dinosaur rears up over the roof of the amazing Ripleys Believe It Or Not museum. It clutches a large clock or watch and though not obvious from the still image, the clock fingers are spinning round rapidly, backwards, as though pulling everything back in time. Arthur Chappell

I was wondering where this big sign was, I did not know that you have the Ripleys Believe It Or Not museums in your country. I have visited a few in the United States.

@LadyDuck the Blackpool one is the only one I have been in, and I loved it. There are 32 around the World. Two other UK ones, including London, closed, so Blackpool is our only one now

@arthurchappell I have only visited those museums in the United States, I remember the one in Las Vegas, that was the biggest and better, then I visited one in Orlando (Florida) and surely another one, but I do not remember where.

Brilliant! This reminds me of one time in a shop there was a little boy stomping around the place having a lot of fun. About 4 yrs old. An old man asked him what his name was..he answered Smashing Dinosaurs LOL

My son Luciano would love that museum hahaha just for the dinosaur, and he is a dinosaur fan and yes, the architecture is simply amazing! nice picture!.
