7 minute workout day 1

So I decked its time to work on my core. I haven had my tummy in shape in years and when I mean years I means like 8 years since my oldest was born. I have a little mommy tummy but would like my corn to be as strong as it use to be.
So I figured I could handle a 7 minute work out. I felt the burn with in 2 minutes. I got to the 5 or 6 position in my 7 minute work out and it was Spider-Man plank and let’s just say I only last 2 tries before laying on the ground like yeah, this isn’t happening to day. I attempted it several times trying to push through it as much as I could till the next position came up.
I’m still feeling it’s in my center.
Well I’ll see how day 2 goes!

No, just 10 positions for our corn for a total of 7 minutes. But if what your doing you haven’t done in a while or have never done it. It does make it hard so you’ll feel it sooner

Thanks! I’m doing one of the 7 each day. Slowly working my way into more. I know it’s tough now because I can feel my body aching a just enough that I’m not over doing it.
