Written One Year Ago Today: C.C.O Image from Pixabay Don’t feel You need to pity Me My life May have Turned out Differently, But I’m here. You may feel The need To judge Me by my inabilities But how fair is That really? Don’t just open You’re eyes And see The wheelchair And not the person I’m a person too I just sit Instead Of walk. Your poems are always from life itself, from situations with which we can all feel identified, I appreciate each of your lines, and it is sad and hard to feel like the person of this poem, but life even when it is sad, even so it is beautiful. Without pain, you can not be happy. Nice poem.

Very nice poem. I try to see the person in the wheelchair and not only the chair.

Pity is also a feeling though, and I can't help but pity those in worse situations than myself, and I ask myself, and God, WHY???

There are people who are fault finders. You can't control them. You can't just say "don't".
