It announced the discovery of life and civilization on the Moon. 1930 - Sean Connery was born. He is a retired Scottish actor and producer. He was the first to portray James Bond. He appeared in 7 Bond films from 1962-1983. Some of his other movies include: Untouchables, Murder on the Orient Express, Highlander, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, The Hunt for Red October, Dragonheart, The Rock and Finding Forrester. 1949 - Gene Simmons was born. He is an Israeli-American singer, songwriter, producer, actor, entrepreneur, author and TV personality and bassist and co-lead singer for KISS.
