Who are the people who have always helped you out when you are in financial difficulty? I have a few people who turn up to offer help when I told them my problem. Their kindness remain in my heart and will never be forgotten. Do you have people who help you when needed?

You are lucky you still have parents. Mine passed away a long time ago.

@yanzalong My parents passed away in 2000 and 2014 but they helped a lot when we were first married and finding our way. Vince's parents passed away even before that.

When I was younger and a struggling single mom, my mom would buy us clothing and take us for meals. I never asked for this help. She would just do it. Now, I don't ask for help from anyone. My adult children will grab the meal tickets most the time and insist on treating.

@yanzalong yes he gives me money for the domestic expenses but when i need something for myself and am too lazy to withdraw, i borrow.money from him

I never had any financial difficulty so none of my friends had to offer me money. Other than my siblings, I couldn't think of a friend I would run to in case of financial trouble.

My parents helped me and now my husband and I have savings and a good retirement.
