With this low-carb diet I am following for a month, I follow food and recipes that fit it; and one is choosing the best condiment, one is coco aminos, a good replacement for soy sauce.
It is good one of the members of the LCIF (Low-Carb, Intermittent Fasting) group in FB sells it online; along with other low-carb foods.
It is gluten-free, no carbs, and tastes good; somewhat sweet and sour. It is made from coconut sap; just like the coconut vinegar or coconut wine.
The sap is extracted from the cut portion of the coconut flower (florets) and instead of bearing fruits, the cut portion will give off sap where containers are placed attached to it, and it is collected every morning to prevent spoilage. It is then processed into vinegar, condiment, or into wine.
I could not upload the photo of coco aminos here.

Thanks, I need to do it, on the advice of my doctor too, though I am on the borderline of high blood pressure and being diabetic. Now they are all fine, based on my lab tests.

It has gluten; so I always read the labels to know about the carb content.
