Desire versus Deserve.....

I have always wondered what holds more importance...???
Some people say that deserving holds much more importance than desires, but then I also wonder what would life be without desires.
When we have desires, we strive to achieve them. Getting or achieving is surely a luck but at least try...
So what do you think about this deserve vs desire...???

Typically, we all desire what we deserve or may be more than that.
Most of us set our desires based on our capabilities and our current assets.
So basically we can desire what we deserve, but we cant deserve something , just because we desired it.

I feel they both have significance in life and again the mantra would be to strike a balance. 
Once you have desires and dreams, you follow it and try hard to get it. With perseverance you become deserving.
