Eggplant Parmesan for Dinner

Yes it is frozen and in a box. But it is great. And it is what I am having for dinner. I have made it homemade but not tonight. Eggplant parmesan by Michael Angelo's. It was on sale and I bought it. Cannot wait for it to be ready. I like this brand and always buy it when I find it on sale. Passing on the bread I usually have with this. Should be a nice dinner. Have a good evening everyone. I don´t have that brand here. But I often buy eggplants and I cook them in several ways. They are awesome.

@CarolDM I cook them in several ways. But when I´m lazy, I just roast them in the oven with salt, a bit of garlic and olive oil.

Well it is easy if you have all the ingredients and I did not so will buy it again. Enjoyed it very much. And I have made it homemade many times when I had a family to cook for.
