It's a nice breezy day today

Today the high will be 69 F / 20 C and the humidity is not very high either. Seems like a nice breezy day, which is a relief as I am tired of this heat and humidity. I am feeling rather drained, physically and emotionally, so hopefully the nice and cool breeze will perk me up when I walk to the train. I have to go to my parents' house to pick something up and then go to the salon to wash and blow my hair. It may rain later in the day but it's showing like 30%. I don't mind the rain as long as I don't get soaked when I am on my way somewhere.

Wow, you do have nice temperatures right now! I would love to see temperatures like that here in Florida. We've had beautiful days the past few days, it's been terribly hot but the humidity has been low, so I'm not complaining one bit!

@lovebuglena I 100% agree with you on the Alaska part! I'm a spring baby (May), but I hate the heat. The colder it is, the better. I love the cold. My daughter is the same way. She tells me pretty much on a daily basis that we should move to Alaska. And she is not wrong on that! haha Hey, maybe we can be neighbors in Alaska!

It turned out to not be a nice breezy day. It was very wet and windy and a little chilly.

I would never move to Florida. If anything, I'd move to Alaska. I am a December baby and love it when it's cool or cold. Can't stand the heat.

When I left the house it was raining and puddles everywhere. Some places deep puddles. My sneakers are all wet inside and out and the socks I had to squeeze water out of. My pants got all soaked too. And now I have to walk around in wet pants and wet socks and sneakers the rest of the day.

@LindaOHio Now I gotta figure out how to dry the sneakers faster. They will take forever to dry by themselves.

As I told Linda above, pants, sneakers and socks got soaked and I have to walk around in that all day.

@Janet357 Nope. They didn't itch. But walking around in wet socks and shoes ain't pleasant. The socks are pretty much dry but the sneakers will take forever to dry and I only have on pair.
