Why I do this everytime

I decide something, follow it for a few days and then revert back to it. Then everything gets spoiled and I regret not sticking to what I had decided... I don't understand what to do..

Same here!! I try saying I can finish this later, but then it doesn't get done and I have to start all over again!!
