Biscuit Breakfast Brunch

Just finished a biscuit breakfast brunch with blackberry jam and butter. It is almost 1:pm here and I just ate whatever you want to call it. Brunch I suppose.
As I keep saying, the heat zaps my appetite. It was 98 degrees F before 11:am today. And the humidity makes it feel triple digits.
But, I enjoyed my biscuits. One of my favorite meals. I will get back to whatever I was doing now.

cooler temps here, but very muggy :( makes outdoors quite icky. 'tis a breezy day, but such aint helped. yer brunch sounds most delightful! i scrambled me'n the pups some eggs earlier finally. they do love 'em, lol.

@CarolDM ugh, i dunno how i thrived'n such back'n the hills?? i 'twas plum tired by the time i got to the main gate back here to feed horses this morn, lol.
ya jest dunno how temptin' those biscuits look, hon. i keep hopin' to make such which're light 'n fluffy. since i cannot partake 'n rice flours 'n tapioca leaves a chalky sort'a 'ftertaste i've 'bout given such ventures 'p.

Yes, it is a tad warm here too today and tomorrow in the mid 90's Oh joy! I thought summer was over! All in all, September has been pretty nice here though. I can't complain too much.

@CarolDM Yeah, I wanted to go swimming today, but not if it is that hot, it just isn't fun. I think I will go in the evening when the shadows start to fall.

Wow! Looks so yummy, and quite calorie rich too! That also reminds me that we have some sweets still in our Fridge and in a few minutes, one of them is going to vanish !!

@CarolDM I did strike at 2 pieces of sweet in my fridge, at different times.
But my cold is causing some discomfort and the humid weather is not helping.
