Back in the day they were called friendship bracelets. You'd make a simple designed bracelet and give them, or trade them with your friends.
I started making a lot more difficult designed bracelets (by finding patterns online) in the hopes of selling them. I planned to open a shop like Etsy at the time to sell them.
If I had the time, I would try making some new ones (as I lost all the ones I made).
This is a photo of just one of them I made. What do you think? Maybe one day when I do find more time I will try again...I still have a lot of embroidery floss (which is what they were made out of).

I remember these types of bracelets. You could start again. Etsy can be a bit pricey when it comes to setting up a shop, but there are plenty of other opportunities around.

Oh yeah....I do know that Etsy can be pricey....I had a shop there when I was trying to sell my paracord bracelets. Just didn't know where else to try

@MommyOfEli2013 Amazon has some some independent sellers that do homemade,but I don't know much about it. I just know it exists. My ex sold on ebay. I think it has a better platform to help you keep track of things like sales.

Easy ones maybe an hour or two...complex can take days to make (well at a few hours at a time).

I do remember them, I always found them neat, most seem to love them or say its not their thing. Why not, if it makes people smile go for it and share them with your friends.

I am glad you do :) Oh yes they can definitely be colorful!! I may start with the easy ones again for starters since they could probably be finished while watching a movie.
