It always rings at that time...

The moment I close my eyes for a 10 minutes power nap my phone is to ring for sure. If I keep it in silent mode then my alarm won't buzz... Any solution for this?

Oh yes, that is usually how it goes. I'd say turn off the phone, but I know we need to keep them on just in case.

What would happen if you turned your phone off for some time? Why do you *need* to keep it on?

@MALUSE In case of an emergency is why I would keep it on....especially if it was during the time that my son was in school.

Is it a mobile phone or a landline? If the former, the solution is easy - just let it run out of power and only charge it up when you feel like it!
