It always rings at that time...

The moment I close my eyes for a 10 minutes power nap my phone is to ring for sure. If I keep it in silent mode then my alarm won't buzz... Any solution for this?

Is it a mobile phone or a landline? If the former, the solution is easy - just let it run out of power and only charge it up when you feel like it!

Oh yes, that is usually how it goes. I'd say turn off the phone, but I know we need to keep them on just in case.
