Home Repair Update 9/12/2019

Things are pretty much at a standstill right now. We have the roofing bids down to two companies; but one of the owners is on vacation (pic above reminds me of a vacation)! I find that hard to believe when roofing companies are madly trying to get everyone's roof fixed before the bad weather sets in; but it is what it is!!! So, we'll have to wait until Monday so that my husband can ask his questions and make a decision.
Put some more feelers out for the piano. No takers yet.
We only have two bids on the brush hogging; and they are both ridiculous; but the work must be done. Hubs is sitting on this and not acting for some reason.
As soon as we are sure the piano isn't going to sell we will hire a company to come in and clean out the house -- furniture, small items, everything.

I'll be even happier when the house is sold! Tired of paying taxes and utilities and worrying about what's going on with the house! :-D
