Good Night, myLot ! 9-15-19

It's about quarter after ten, and I need to get to bed.
I gave Angel her treat, so I had better get to bed before she gets back on it.
Sometime tomorrow I hope to make an appointment for sometime this week to see either the chiropractor or the acupuncturist. My back/hip have been "telling" me that I need to see one or both of them. 
My lunch is made, so that's ready for tomorrow, I just need to go make sure that my phone is plugged in, and then I need to get to bed.
