Time to Walk

It's been a good morning. The Y was good this morning. Not too crowded. Only three days left there, and then I'm going to try to step up my walking.
My notifications are finished, and it's time for me to get out there and walk before I start work on Thread of Evidence. At the pace I'm going with it, I should have it ready to publish the first week of October.
What are your plans for the day? Thanks for reading. Image mine.

I can't afford it right now. I don't have Medicare Advantage or want it, that would allow me to keep the membership through Silver Sneakers. So, I will need to do what I can until I can get back there. I'm hoping to get back there in the spring after winter. As much as I love winter, last year was very hard on me with my car. So, I'll wait until the snow is gone before going again.

Yesterday I got a lot of exercise but there are days like today that I cannot take a walk because it is early and there are too many not so nice out at the time I want to walk so throw out the garbage and come home. I am not happy about that but I feel better just coming home.

Yes, I am. I should finish today. I have 60 pages left to work on. Then I can start the publishing process. I'll be going through it one last time before I hit the publish button and it's available to everyone on Amazon.
It's good you can relax for the rest of the week.

I should be finished with the book today so I can start the publishing process. It should be published the first week in October, which is my current plan.
As for my leaving the Y, I have no choice. I can't afford it at the moment. With my rent going up, something had to give. I am hoping I can get back there in spring. I hope so as I love swimming.

@just4him Oh that is too bad...at least with the weather being nicer now, you should be able to get a lot of walking in. Maybe if you talked to them at the Y they would give you a break...or maybe the church would sponsor you or something.

@snowy22315 I talked to the Y several months ago, and they don't have that program. It's okay. I'll be walking more, and that will help until I can get back there.

@crazyhorseladycx I saw the barometric pressure was over 30 this morning and it always acted up when it was. So, it could be that. I was careful with my knees when I moved the office, so it wasn't that. If anything it would be my arms as I used them more and my back also to get everything moved.

Swimming burns more than walking but walking burns a lot of calories too.

I'm sorry he has a busted knee cap. He must be in a lot of pain. It sounds like you had a good day.
