Odd birdies...

...odd, because I couldn't figure out what they were. Their "fluffiness" made me think that they were babies of some sort. I was in the kitchen the other day and I saw these two baby-looking birds hopping around on my back deck. I took pictures of them, and didn't have the chance to get them up on my computer before I went to work. At one point during the day, I asked one of my co workers, who lives fairly close to me, if she had seen the birdies around. She looked at the pictures, and then she showed them to another co worker, and the other co worker said they looked like owls. Then, after I made the pictures on my camera cropped and closer, both my co workers decided that they didn't look like owls. Do they look like anything any of you myLotters have seen? I'm very curious
