Lots of movies today again

I watched 3 movies today and liked all of them. “Other People” I watched because Molly Shannon is in it. It has me crying.
“Wish I was here” was pretty good and the best one was “Room”.
I also watched Season 1 episode 6 of “A Series of Unfortunate events”.
I made a new recipe called “Perfect Blueberry Muffin Mug Cake”. It looked to squishy when done so I cooked it a minute longer. Bad idea it made it really hard. Not bad tasting though. I might make it again to make it correctly and not overcook it.
It was gorgeous today so I took my dog outside. I propped my feet up on the back porch steps but they started going numb so I just went back in the house. Photo is from when I was out there.
My dad stopped by to visit for a few minutes and we chatted about the surgery he had.
My sons Halloween costume arrived in the mail.
I think I’m allergic to the laundry detergent I am using. Since I can’t drive yet I ordered different detergent and some other things from Walmart’s website.

@LadyDuck when I was young I watched a lot of cable television living home. We had cable maybe two years when we lived on our own then I cancelled it to save money. Two years back or so I started paying for Netflix for my daughter mostly. I'm probably the one using it the most this month though.

Well I guess a positive benefit from the surgery is you are getting caught up on movies!

I haven't seen any of the movies you've been watching (haven't even heard of most of them) but I really enjoyed the book Room.

@BarBaraPrz all the ones I have been watching are from Netflix. I didn't even know until the comments on here that Room was a book.

@Letranknight2015 do you mean A Series of Unfortunate Events? I watched episodes 1-5 about 2 years ago and forgot all about it until now. It's okay.

Sounds like you found a good way to pass the time while recovering.

@andriaperry you mean get up and get around as active as before? 3 flipping weeks. Just a few more hours now until my recheck with the doctor and I'm praying he will take this itchy ace bandage off. I have some kind of dermatitis on my fingers and it feels like it's under my bandage too. I get it on my heels often. Can't decide what causes it for sure but thinking it's the detergent I use for the whites.
