My Day Got Hijacked / myLot

Happy Thursday Everyone! it's another beautiful day here with blue skies and sunshine. I had good intentions of spending quality time here yesterday as well as getting some chores done around the house but.... Right after I said I was going to have my coffee and chat my phone rang and I had my coffee while I chatted with my elderly aunt. Then I did a few little things, took the dogs out and the phone rang again and it was my friend that always needs an ear so she can vent. Those phone calls usually last about two hours but I had the time so I answered. The afternoon came and went, my daughter came home from work a little early so we chatted for awhile and then she took a nap while I made dinner. All in all it was a good day but I didn't have much time to sit at the computer. Today I have a few errands to run while I have the car (my daughter isn't working) but I will be back to catch up here. Hope everyone is having a good morning/afternoon/evening.

I didn't get to have as much flavor in my coffee this morning because I ran out of sugar. I'm glad you had a good day and enjoyed the phone calls.

@Marilynda1225 I had about half the amount of sugar that I usually use so it wasn’t that good but I could still drink it.

I drink my coffee black so no worries about running out of milk or sugar. Bet you were disappointed that you didn't have sugar

Good morning. I just put the red beets on to cook-I'm doing pickled beets today. I will take the occasional coffee break and catch up here during the day. I hope that your day goes well. Its a beautifully sunny day here, the temperatures are going to really climb today and the humidity will creep back in.
