My first eight hours sleep this year

Philippines
September 20, 2019 1:34am CST
I ended sleeping around 12 last night. But for some reason I woke up around eight in the morning which was very unusual. But now I think it has something to do with the Milk I drank and have two snake plants in my room. You see snake plants like these produce oxygen at night helps you sleep better. Not sure though so I'm gonna try again tonight. Have a nice day

That plant is poison, you cannot eat or drink it, t s called "mother-in-law's tongue" in our country.in future rather have hot tea or a whiskey before bed

@Letranknight2015 since they said its poisonous, then what it is still doing inside your room, oxygen can come from air-conditioners why this?

Well I am fully aware of the snake plants properties @MOONROCK I think you misunderstood my post I didn't consume the plant I add it in my room that night. But you're right, I'd rather have hot tea at night instead.

@ano460 Aircondition only filters out the hot air, like the exhaust fan. it causes more pollution than having a snake plant. I think both of you should do your research.

I wish I can also have 8 hours of sleep. These days I only get about 4 to 5 hours of sleep... And no sleeping during daytime. Hmm

if you got some time, rest more, and like weekends, you can have enough rest to backup the lost hours during the weekdays.

People should help their systems with 8hrs rest. That's when your organs can resolve its issues and build new tissues...

@Letranknight2015 oh, looks like your free to sleep but hardly sleep it through. Then you can just start by exercising your self very deeply, exercise until you can not do more, so you will be totally weak and crushed by exercise. 2. Bath, probably with warn water. 3. Eat bellyful, that you can't eat any more, then say Bye and go to Bed. I tell you, sleep by 8-9pm and you should hit 8hrs sleep...even when you wake up, you can't rise easily, so you can still add more minutes sleep...maybe adding more little dream too ;-) And drunkenness can add more sleep to you but never a good idea, as it takes away things or damage your system, so instead of destruction, we need construction.

Since hubby likes to go to sleep very late (after midnight) usually I don't get very good sleep. Even if I wake up late I don't feel full of energy. So, going to sleep late and waking up late is not good.
