Get It Done In Two Hours

I had to meet two tenants today, three and a half hours apart, and I had to get busy on the rental house. After collection I went to the bank, checked the mail and got Tony something to eat, now I am down to about two hours before the next tenant. Tony did some measurements for me but that is all he was able to help with. So..... I opened all three doors and allowed the nice cool air to come inside. I dug up kitchen tiles and replaced those (took most of my time). I washed down the outsides of the kitchen cabinets. I put a layer of sheet rock mud on the dent in the dining room wall. I calked around the bathtub with tub sealer where it was cracked. I wiped down the bathroom walls. I used an old rag to wash up my foot tracks on the floor in the hall and living room. I swept the kitchen, dining room and living room. Swept the back porch and the front porch. Gathered all my trash and put it in the outside trash can and pulled it to the road for Monday pick up. Put all my tools and extra materials back in the car. Just in time to meet the next tenant. It amazes me how much I can get done in a few hours when I get busy. Awesome day! how was your Friday?
