Heading out to the gym

It is Saturday morning which means that it is time for the weekly Strongman workout. That's when we pick up, carry, push, and pull heavy things. It is a nice change from the usual training sessions and it gives us functional strength that you can actually use out in the real world. I know that it definitely helped me when I was moving and had to carry heavy boxes up 2 flights of stairs. I'll catch you all in a couple of hours!

Good morning.Have you try t hose huge tires.Pick it up and turn them over.I have and cannot do t his. But do see some at the club.then they work out with the heavy rope there.
