Back from the gym

Today's Strongman session was straight up weightlifting. We usually do other things like tire flips, Prowler pulls, sandbag carries, etc. but today the trainer wanted us to lift. This is what we did:
1) Trap bar deadlifts (6 x 5)
2) Romanian deadlifts (6 x 5)
3) Dumbbell rows (6 x 5)
4) Barbell curls (6 x 5)
6 sets of barbell curls was definitely a challenge for me. Everything else was fine.
Next session is Tuesday at 3 pm.

That kind of exercise is not for me. I like things like zumba or walking on the treadmill, using the cycle. I never was good at the machines meant for weight lifting.
