Okay, Okay, I Will Just Come Clean

I am a millionaire. Just dirty, filthy rich. The picture of my house is just something I yanked off the Internet. I don't even know if that house is really in Illinois. And speaking of Illinois, I don't actually live there. I live in Beverly Hills high in the hills. My mansion is 22,000 square feet, has 12 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a 10 car garage, and a 4,000 square foot guest house right along side the pool which I had put in about 4 years ago for about $2 million complete with waterfalls, rock formations, two hot tubs, a wading pool, and full outdoor kitchen.
I made my millions in real estate back in the day, and while I am currently out of the business, having sold off my entire business to a major real estate investment firm, I still have many, many millions of dollars and still have major holdings in many private firms—venture capital is one of my primary sources income these days.
And that's not all. Just to make sure you read my post...I am also totally full of CRAP! But I couldn't think of anything to post today, and so I decided to post this.

@porwest I visited Graceland. I toured his jet (slightly larger than mine). I loved the way the tourguides said (while we were touring the bar on his jet) that "Elvis himself did not drink." I said nothing. You can imagine what I was thinking.

I would have noticed the scratch on your jet, but I was too busy trying to get my staff to get the restocking of the bar right on my A380. They kept forgetting to put in a bottle of brandy. I am from Wisconsin for crying out loud. I gotta have my brandy!

Having fun in life is not about how much money you have. That is true. But I bet you that if you have A LOT of money, you will have MUCH more fun. Anybody can tell me that being broke is great. I think they are all lying or trying to convince themselves. I can't tell you how many people we know that have nothing that we ask, "Wanna go out tonight?" who respond, "Can't, we can't afford it." Seems miserable to me even if they tell me they are happy. We are out having a good time and they are stuck at home watching MeTV.

@MommyOfEli2013 The time sitting at home could be spent trying to figure out how to have more. I mean, if you have to stay at home, might as well make it productive.

@porwest Oh yeah, I hear you...if you have a lot of money you could have a lot more fun! I would not tell you at any time that being broke is great, in fact it plain sucks! But try to have fun when we can.

I just can't imagine living in such a huge place. If I came into a lot of money, I'd still be in my small home but maybe build a slightly larger cabin with a room just for purses. That's one thing I miss about having a larger home but still enjoy my mini.
