When It Comes To Technology I'm A Dunce

Happy Saturday Everyone! it's a beautiful sunny day here in my neck of the woods. The morning was on the cooler side so my daughter and I had our coffee on the deck. Now it's too warm to sit outside but it was a great way to start the day. Thank goodness for kids! I was having a bit of trouble with my computer and trying to print something this morning. My daughter tried and couldn't figure it out either so she called her sister. Thankfully my oldest daughter stopped by while my grandson was in karate and figured it out in less than 5 minutes. Technology boggles my mind and I really wish I knew more than I do. Since I don't, I'm glad my kids and now my grandkids are knowledgeable. Today is a day that is flying by. Are you doing anything fun today?

Kids are the best when it comes to technology. I'm spending the day here and with my book. I want to get it finished today or at least this weekend.

It depends on what it is, when I have a tech problem I miss my former roomie because he was good with tech. I learned some things from him. If I work at it long enough I can usually figure it out..the answer is there somewhere.

I know just what you mean. So much of that technical stuff boggles my mind. I had to have our daughter-in-law look at my iPhone and some of the settings and tweak things for me.

I'm always doing the same thing. I used to laugh when my mom would press the wrong buttons on the remote and jam up the tv. Now I'm laughing at myself for doing the same thing unless she's getting revenge from up above

I'm glad she was too. I really needed to get that printed and it wasn't something I could just close and forget about

If there isn't an online troubleshooting site there should be.

I used to be great with computers when I was young but now it boggles my mind more and I hate it. Glad your daughter was able to help you so quickly.

The other day I had "computer" issues too! Except...it wasn't my computer at all I found out after working on things for 3 hours!! It was my phone service that had an issue and wouldn't let me use the Hot Spot. Took them a bit over a day to get it working again but I was just grateful I didn't need another computer!

There's a young man who works at Subway, that we always call on for help:) Jay's knowledge about technology is O.K., while I don't have any at all! The thing that makes it hard to learn, these things keep changing. Once we learn a certain method, then it's no longer done that way
