Went outside to feed the dogs this morning when I kept hearing this buzzing (kzzzt!) over and over. Same thing when I went at the back.
After cleaning up stairs, I looked up and saw a balloon stuck on the electric post.
I reported it to the power company but i forgot to give my contact no.
My worries is about them shutting down power just for this.

Did you tell them which electric post to go to? I hope something will be done about it and that it does not cause lots of problems.

without power down is there any way to remove ballon like with a long wooden stick. if they climb then definitely do power down. hope, not any problem comes due to it.
