It's been raining here since morning after frequent intervals and here we have got a speciality called pakorey(fritters) is very famous.Its a must have crispy gram flour snack deep fried. I have done preparing batter now I will slice potatoes coat in the batter and deep fry them. Let's hope they turn out well.
