Offensive Behavior

There are people who do not know how to behave even in public places. Being educated is not even a guarantee. Some use their advantage as if they’re very entitled to act improperly or belittle others.

Although, people were taught and learned proper manners, some do not apply it in their lives sometimes or maybe more often.

I also think that it's really in nature. Something that a person cannot be controlled because there were parent's that is not the picture of their offspring.
