That is a clear signage to both ends of the lanes in a particular mall here. But why these able persons using it as well? It cause to more congested and delay of traffic. I don’t know. It’s not difficult to understand and even those traffic police tolerated those pedestrians using the lane. There’s an overpass intended for the people to pass to opposite sides. The overpass is even connected to the next level of the building for added convenience. People really. I think that is one example of being lazy and violative person.

Here one needs to display a permit or they will get a ticket.

People get tickets if they're parked in the handicap spaces. It's rare when people park in them. I admit I parked in one for all of ten seconds to mail a letter a couple of weeks ago. I was out and in very fast and on my way again. Not long enough to hurt anyone, and too early for anyone to be out who wasn't on their way to work at 4:30 in the morning.

@ZedSmart True. If I had been there for longer than mailing a letter, I would have parked elsewhere.

I think we all have our shares of petty violations when it permits. Not enough to cause hassle to everyone Ms. Val. But during the busy hours, I think one should not dare to avoid trouble.
