With money running low I didn't go out much this week, and had a full weekend in.
I vacuumed the flat including the ceiling a there were quite a few spider cobwebs there. I felt like I was living in Castle Dracula.
Someone phoned me about a sales job at 9pm on the Sunday night, expecting to interview me there and then. I insisted that he call me back at a better time. He never called at all.
I got some new free books to review. Looking forward to those.
I have applied for temporary work with the post office over Christmas and discovered that some other applicants have already got interview times for early October, but not me. I was worried I might not be being considered but I got my interview date today for next Tuesday three days later than most. Very relieved.
I went to the doctors for my blood pressure check. It is looking good and I don't need it checking again until February. I still have to take my meds daily of course.

@arthurchappell We must have had a swarm of flying ants outside a day or two ago and now their wings are caught in the cobwebs so they're easy to find.

I hope you get the post office job. That will affect your unemployment pay, won't it? Glad to hear that your blood pressure is looking good.
