Do You Scrap Book, or Collect Things? / myLot

Do you collect things or do scrap booking? If so, what sort of things do you enjoy putting in your scrap book or collections? When I was young, I remember my mom used to collect little projects my siblings & I did for her. Home made construction paper cards and such. I even remember one year we drew my mother a Christmas tree (because she couldn't get a real one) and I remember it delighted her. She kept it in her collection of our stuff for years (I don't know if it made the move with her though when she moved to Alabama, or not.)

I have never done scrap booking ,but I do have a couple of collections. My collections are more of a I need shelves for this stuff kinds of things. I love and collect HedgeHogs. My kids and grand kids love to bring me Hedgies and they get to put them on the Shelves for me. I also collect Dragons.

Not really. I have things that were Dustin's and my Dad's, and other family members. That is about it. Besides Eeyore mugs.

I am a collector and I used to collect ball point Pens which I have stopped now for the want of place after collecting about 2200 pens till the year 2000. I was the National record holder then. I also collect One rupee coins. The collection includes One rupee coins from all the countries where we have Rupee as te currency. I have about some 100 silver historical one rupee coins in my collection. I have got te first One rupee coin that ever was minted in the History. My collection Includes some one rupee coins with mint errors!

I use to collect things that my children made in school, the special things. I still have them on a shelf somewhere. I don't do scrap booking of any sort, but I do collect rocks of various sized.

I keep little mementos although I did clear out about half of them a few months ago. We have tons of photo books. I've stopped collecting "stuff" because I'm trying to downsize the amount of stuff we have. I used to collect magnets and silver charms from our travel destinations; but we're no longer traveling.

Yeah...I do had this habit during my childhood...I collect chocolate covers given by my beloved family members and friends.Also i preserve currency notes without spending and preserve for more years.

I don't have any scrap books but I have a small foreign coin collection. both my parents had family in the army so they traveled a lot. they each had a small collection of foreign coins and have since given those to me. so whenever I find coins/money from other places I add it to my collection!
