I don't know where it came from!

I was fine until about an hour ago. I thought I had to potty (not pee) in an urgent way. But, after landing on the toilet, I suddenly had to vomit. Fortunately, the trash can was right next to me under the sink. I grabbed it in the nick of time. My body kept going and going and going to where Deb muted the TV and hollered, "are you alright?" I couldn't even answer her. Finally, I felt like the crisis had passed. I took out the trash bag, tied it off, tied it inside another bag and went downstairs. I no sooner sat back down when the same feeling hit me again! Back upstairs, back in position, waited for the nausea and nope. My original assumption finally arrived...on steroids. I kind of feel like I've been in a fight. Otherwise, I'm back to fine again. *whew*

I didn't have steroids. It's an American phrase that means that whatever is being talked about greatly exceeds what was expected. Although, I do think it might have been something I ate shortly before that caused it.

I know how the feeling of being in a flight is. It's not fun at all. I'm glad that finally you're fine again.

I can still feel it, but not like it was before. I can just tell that it happened because muscles that aren't used much got an unexpected workout.
