I can't read my mail...

I keep getting some sort of error message. It's not so much my mail I want to see, it's my files to the side of my mail. I've been getting error messages since last night, and it keeps telling me to "purge my cache" and stuff like that, and I do, but it doesn't help. I have no clue what's going on or what to do. I can go places on line, but I just can't read my mail.
