Untimely Rain

It is festive season here in India.We are observing Navaratri - a nine day long festival during which we worship the nine forms of Maa Durga,the Divine Mother.Huge,wonderful " Pandals" - makeshift venues for worshipping the Mother - dot every town and city.Everyday,especially at night devotees throng these pandals.
But this year untimely rain has spoiled the festive fervour.Today is the nineth and the last day of the festivals.I have planned to visit some pandals in the evening ,but don't know if rain will allow me to implement my plan

@vsai2008 We are having such an unpleasant and unpredictable weather this year.Last year it was not so.In such a weather you can't go anywhere.

@vsai2008 Last year we had a pleasant weather here.But this year it is almost the same story across the country.I wonder if it is due to climate change.

@rakski Here also we had heavy rain yesterday noon,but after an hour clouds disappeared making it a sunny day.At night it started raining again.

Gee a 9-day festival is great especially for the kids. I can imagine the excitement of everyone particularly with the food.

@Alexandoy No,Lord Ganesh a is a Hindu dirty. He is Maa Parvati's son.Maa Durga is the other name of Maa Parvati. When we worship Maa Durga,Lard Ganesh is also worshipped along with his brother Kartikeya, Maa Laxmi and Maa Saraswati. ( "Maa" means mother ).

@Alexandoy It's Navaratri, one of the greatest Hindu festivals.Every year it is observed twice - in March-April and in October.The nine days of the Navaratri are considered the holiest days of the year.During these days we worship Maa Durga - the Divine Mother - who comes to the earth in nine different forms.

Well in my area the weather is playing Hide and Seek with us because cloudy weather is always not rain not son so I am just confused about the weather and the weather is cooling also
