I Gain More Weight

Yikes!
I hit the scale at 81kilos this morning. That’s over for my height. Having a BMI of 25-29.9 is overweight and I fall on that category. This is the result of my being negligent. Now, this means a lot to work with exercise and diet to trim down my weight back to normal.

I'm proud to say that I can maintain my weight of 143 to 145 pounds for my height of 5 feet, 7-1/2 inches. So what is my bmi?

BMI is just a guideline. Since I'm 4'11 I never really trusted the BMI chart.
