Yikes! I hit the scale at 81kilos this morning. That’s over for my height. Having a BMI of 25-29.9 is overweight and I fall on that category. This is the result of my being negligent. Now, this means a lot to work with exercise and diet to trim down my weight back to normal. How’s your day fellow mylotters? Hope you do well.

I'm proud to say that I can maintain my weight of 143 to 145 pounds for my height of 5 feet, 7-1/2 inches. So what is my bmi?

You're in normal something between 122-154 lbs for someone with height like that belongs to 18.5-24.9 BMI.

At least you're doing something for that as early this time Ms. D. I should change the lifestyle I have before it's too late.

Yes, because it's hard to lose weight than to gain it.

Have you made a list of what you usually eat and see where you can cut calories?

Breakfast and lunch food intake is minimal. Usually, a coffee and a bread for morning. My problem is I have a bigger appetite at evening. Maybe, the rice is my biggest enemy Ms. Anna.

@ZedSmart YES! Rice is full of calories, but also the bread is full of calories, try just to reduce the quantity of both.

BMI is just a guideline. Since I'm 4'11 I never really trusted the BMI chart.

Maybe but I will consider my weight and size over because my clothes also tell me about this.

That is good to hear about your weight. What's the cause? If it bothers you, maybe you can seek advice from the doctor.
