Hey everyone! I hope you're doing well today. Things are good here! =) God is such a good Father. Always see the blessings-even if you have to look extra hard for them some days.
My husband went to talk with the lady about the check...she did end up fixing the situation and gave him the money she owed for the work being done. Praise God!! =) So grateful. She's older (in her 80's) and maybe just over looked some things, no big deal.
I am feeling a little better today, my cold has worn off a bit. Also very grateful for that!
God is so good! =)
We were turned down for 2 houses today...but my faith isn't in circumstances, it's in Him. Have to stay focused!
If you need prayers please let me know, I would love to pray for you! I love seeing how God works.

@LovingMyBabies I understand. That was a requirement for me as well and I was looking for an apartment. The ones that allowed pets were either $800/month and in Gangster Land or $1800/month which is out of my budget. I was lucky to find this place for $1245 and I can have 2 pets.

@NJChicaa We are praying there is somewhere in between as well-that will allow our fur babies. The same thing, either somewhere we wouldn't let our dogs live! 
Or somewhere we cannot afford at all! The just right place is out here somewhere...it's just taking a bit of time to find it.

Where there is a will there is a way. Doing your best to improve your credit monitoring it through Credit Karma or Experian both for free should help you out.. Great on the payment!

@snowy22315 It was because of our pets, not the credit.
It takes time to build up credit again, time we do not have. I'm dripping sweat as I write with no a.c. here since it's still broken.

When you call and ask about a house, ask about the animals first. I have had people do that so its not a waste of their time and mine. I have a no pets policy, it sucks that some ruin it for others but being nasty. I have began to allow some to have pets if they pay the extra pet deposit.

Yeah I hate how hard it is to find a home that allows them.
