According to recent studies, birthdays are extremely good for your health. 100% of people sampled for the study were found to live longer if they celebrate more birthdays than people that celebrate fewer birthdays. People that stop having birthdays soon die, which has led scientists to theorize that birthdays are inherent to living a long life. Science is making simply astonishing discoveries these days.

I can vouch for this. I've been having a birthday every year and I'm still going strong. I intend to continue having birthdays for many more years (or maybe not).

This is the way people confuse cause and effect in serious studies (and this isn't one of them - it isn't April 1st is it?). Yes having a longer life correlates with having more birthdays, but the birthdays do not cause the long lifespan!

@myklj999 Maybe that's why the Queen is doing so well - after all she is 93 and she looks great and is still busy, maybe that's because she has twice as many birthdays as the rest of us, her actual birthday and her official birthday.
