When you go to the grocery store walk the longest way you can around the whole store. Than shop for your groceries starting at the back of the store. Even if you do not want any items back there. Than go around the entire store one more time before you check out. When you park your car park it the farthest away from the store so you get a long walk walking into the store. And than a long walk back to your car after leaving the store.

I do not use the elevator even if it's 7 or 8 floors I only use the escalator when I'm with family and friend but I take the alternative stairs when I'm alone in the mall. Yes your suggestions are very helpful for those who want to improve their health provided they have no pre existing health conditions.

@shaggin You are right. However, perhaps I told you already, my physical condition, at this time, are not good. Even the doctor told me, I at the moment, was unable to do any physical activity. Do you remember if maybe I told you about my strange weight loss, still without explanation?

I have a big truck, so I always park in the back of the parking lot, so I've always gotten a good walk in wherever I go! Plus, I don't like getting stuck behind that one person that blocks traffic because they are sitting there waiting for that one car to pull out so they can get the front row spot.
