As what they do in Spain, siesta or napping after lunch is good for the health. I believe that 30 minutes of sleep will rejuvenate the body and mind. Take a siesta whenever possible and have a long life.

You will feel drowsy when you lack sleep and when you cannot take a nap.

According to the age? Does that mean the older you get the more nap you need?

When I was working in the office, I try to take 15 minutes of napping at least.

How I wish I could do that in my work place. I also believe in that since short naps when I am at home gives a lot of extra energy to go on the rest of the afternoon.

I think it's a great idea too. Too many of us go without enough sleep.
