Do you always prepare an EXTRA?

I mean anything excess on things, materials, or even money you use on a certain purpose. Sometimes, even after a careful plan or estimate, we will be surprise to know or see that what we have is not enough or for some reason we cannot use it because of flaw or have been wasted.
When we fall short, it can mean make or break especially if we are not able to meet our output.

@sunrisefan true but I can somehow control myself from using cc. Unlike with cash. When I have cash, there's this urge to spend it all. So I only bring P20. :))

Bringing your credit card will cause you to overspend more whereas if you only bring cash that is intended for things needed then your expenditure will only be up to that amount. This reminds me of our janitor before. His wife was good at managing finances that she would only give him P20 to bet in the cockpit on Sundays. When he loses the P20 in the bet, he goes home or just enjoy looking at the cockfight. When he wins, he buys bread or "lechon" or any food and goes home so he will not lose his winning. That's pure discipline.

The extra I know is our food cabinet where we store canned goods, condiments and other kitchen items that looks like a small store.

There's always the item that we need for cooking and eating.
