Today is a busy day, I was busy the whole day and now I just finish my Philippines bread , We could it Pandesal it is popular in Philippines. Every morning you can buy it fresh in a bakery, it is delicious especially if it is still warm. Pandensal is slightly sweet, soft and fluffy white bread. You eaten with cheese or butter it depends on your taste, but in Philippines they eat together with coffee or hot chocolates. I baked Pandesal for our get together tomorrow, it is requested my friend that’s why I made it for us. Hope they will like it.

It sounds like a lovely sort of bread. I think having it with a hot chocolate is an excellent idea. Fresh bread from a bakery is a healthy choice. I hope that your friend will like eating this bread.
